I was stuck in the messy middle of evolution and transformation - both professionally and personally. Sarah took my Human Design and broke it down for me in a way that helped me to see my light sides, my strengths, and understand how the shadow sides were dampening the vision that I knew was there. It was fascinating to get an understanding of why people see me in the way they do, how the questions that I receive sit in the HD space, and where that real head/gut feeling is allowed to be embraced (and approached with curiosity). Your Human Design chart is calculated from your birth date, time, and location, and it reveals your unique energetic blueprint including your type, your strategy, your authority, your profile, your definition, and your incarnation cross.

If you do not know the exact time I suggest doing one of the following:
1. Test three different times using the chart generator above (Morning, middle of the day, evening) and compare the charts. If nothing changes then you are fine to continue with the Human Design details generated. If things change and you can ask family members about the general time of day (even if not the exact) then use the chart generated for that general time.
2. Request your birth details from the hospital you were born at. There may be a fee to do this.
3. If all the above doesn't work, a session with a kinesiologist could help you pinpoint your birth time. Make sure to use a reputable one!
